Entertainment Unit - Fairview, Vancouver

This unit was custom made using African Mahogany. The design phase was crucial to maximize strength, space and use minimal material. Space was at a premium in this apartment, so the unit could not be too deep. Yet, it had to be able to house a fully operational lift and 54” flat screen television. Storage compartments accommodate DVD’s and other devices. This unit was also made to encase a sub-woofer speaker. It uses tinted glass doors for aesthetics and sensor accessibility.

Entertainment Area - Esquimalt, BC

This basement received an extensive face-lift to turn it into a fully functional entertainment area. The entire project used African Mahogany. It was hand distressed and stained to match an existing piece. The bar area features full-height pocket doors, that completely encase the bar area when closed, but when opened the doors retreat into hidden slots. Also, the bar features a wine rack and hanging glass holders. They come equipped with puck lighting to illuminate glassware. The TV unit was made to house a flat-screen and other components. Adjacent bookshelves to complete the area.
